6. Forms 1099-NEC and 1099-Misc

If 1099 vendors are set up properly in Maintain Vendors:

  • PowerChurch will include non-employee compensation on Form 1099-NEC.

  • PowerChurch will include rent payments on Form 1099-Misc.

Manual overrides can be used for other payments on Form 1099-Misc such as attorney payments.

Remember! 1099 forms and the 1096 transmittal form are due on January 31.
